Our fourth major project, Misty Valley Farm Retreat, pushed the boundary of how close you could safely and legally live to untamed nature. Located physically adjacent to the North Cauvery Reserve Forest near Jawalagiri Village, it represented a different class of asset entirely.

The Scarcity of Misty Valley Resales

Misty Valley is sold out of developer inventory. Evaluate its forest-edge setting and community model using current condition, parcel records, and dated resale evidence.
