Launched in 2019, Country Side Farm Retreat was an incredibly specific product built for a specific type of buyer. We looked at the managed farmland market and realized a massive percentage of buyers were paying for amenities they never used.

While some developers focus on clubhouse amenities, we designed Country Side for a specific buyer: those who want maximum farmland per rupee. This farm-first approach strips away non-essential infrastructure, reducing both upfront costs and monthly maintenance.

How to Evaluate the Farm-First Cost Structure

Country Side Farm Retreat allocated much of the non-road area to agriculture. That design changes costs and land use, but it does not establish a return. Review the following factors:

  • Different cost structure: fewer resort-style amenities can reduce some development costs, but soil quality, total fees, land value, crop results, and resale outcomes vary. A lower entry price does not mathematically guarantee a higher return.
  • Zero Monthly Burn Rate: A vacant high-end villa or resort-farm costs money every month just to keep the lights on and the pool clean.   • Human Presence: On-site or nearby farm activity may deter encroachment, but it does not make encroachment impossible. Owners should review boundaries, fencing, survey records, inspection reports, and incident procedures.
