Yes. You own the land deed outright, so you have complete architectural freedom. Under current zoning laws, you are permitted to build a farmhouse on approximately 5% of your agricultural land for personal use and farm management. On a 1-acre plot (43,560 sq.ft), that allows for a ~2,100 sq.ft home. We can recommend architects familiar with farm-based construction and eco-friendly building materials.

A typical farmhouse construction takes 6–12 months depending on design complexity. Budget approximately ₹1,500–₹3,000 per sq.ft for quality farm construction using eco-friendly materials (stone, brick, bamboo, rammed earth). We also conduct periodic inspections and send you photo updates. If you have a house built, our security team provides additional monitoring services.
