Montebello Farms comes up often when people look at land north of Bangalore, and the details that travel with it in forwarded messages are not always current. This guide puts the present facts in one place: what the estate is, how the two phases differ, the price, what is built and how to visit.
In short
Montebello Farms is a Wildwood farmhouse estate at Doddamallekere, Doddaballapura, priced at ₹3,500 per sq.ft.* Phase 1 covers 27 acres with 82 plots, and Phase 2 covers about 18 acres with 25 plots. Bianco, the clubhouse, is under construction. Visits are by appointment on +91 89254 12027.
What kind of place is Montebello Farms?
It is a farmhouse estate: countryside land in Doddaballapura, laid out in plots, with shared spaces being planned across the estate.
Wildwood develops it, and B H Infrastructure is Wildwood’s build partner on the project. Wildwood’s own write-up is on wildwood.co.in.
Phase 1 and Phase 2: what is the difference?
Montebello is being developed in two phases, and they differ in size and in the number of plots:
- Phase 1: 27 acres, 82 plots.
- Phase 2: about 18 acres, 25 plots.
When you talk to us, ask which phase a plot sits in. It keeps the conversation clear from the start.
What does it cost?
Montebello Farms is priced at ₹3,500 per sq.ft.* Plots vary, so we share the size and the total for any plot you are interested in when you enquire. Ask for that figure in writing.
What is built so far, and what is not
Bianco is the estate’s clubhouse. Work on it has only just begun, so it is not open yet.
Beyond Bianco, treat everything else as planned shared spaces, not finished ones. A visit shows you the estate as it stands today, and that is the fairest way to judge it.
Getting there
The estate is in Doddamallekere village, Doddaballapura. From Kempegowda International Airport, allow about 45 minutes by road; traffic decides the rest.
If you drive up for a morning visit, leave time to walk the land slowly. The size of the place, the trees and the space between plots are easier to read on foot than on a map.
Montebello Farms and Montebello 27 Roots
Montebello 27 Roots shares the Montebello name but is a separate project, also developed by Wildwood, in the same area. It has 60 plots across 18 acres, with plots from 8,000 sq.ft. and prices from ₹1 Crore* (registration extra). Our guide to Montebello 27 Roots covers it on its own.
